Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:
• Site supervision and arrangement of site works and other activities that are carried out at the construction
site
• Monitor work progress, assist the sub-contractors to carry out works on schedule and conform to
specifications
• Attend meetings and liaise closely with client / consultant as well as local authorities pertaining to the
project
• Carry out joint inspection with client’s / consultant’s representatives
• Responsible for all personnel functions of sub-contractors and workers at the construction site;
• Ensure coordination of works among all sub-contractors and site staff
• Check daily attendance of sub-contractors for late arrival, absent, early departure, false claim and etc;
• Ensure discipline and good morale maintained at the construction site
• Ensure site safety and health requirement are maintained and practiced at all times
• Ensure quality of work up to specified requirements
• Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensure that the quality / types / dimension are as per
specified requirements
• Preparation of work progress report and other relevant reports for the project
• Undertake special assignment, ad hoc functions and related duties as assigned
Condition to Apply:
• Education: Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: 1 or 2 years working experience / Fresh graduate is acceptable
• Special Skills: MS Office application, AutoCAD
• High level of integrity drives and result oriented
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to travel outstation when required

Responsibilities:
• To conduct Safety Induction and safety briefing to site personnel
• Assist in execution of Occupational Health and Safety Requirements
• Conduct regular safety / toolbox meetings to keep track and address all safety issues.
• Responsible for weekly monthly HSE monitoring and reporting of HSE achievement.
• To advise management on measures to be taken in the interest of Occupational Safety and Health at work site.
• To identify potential risks on the construction site and constantly track the safety & health performance under OSHA regulations.
Condition to Apply:
• Malaysian
• Has valid Yellow book CIDB Green Card
• Familiar with the hazards and safety requirements for the work site
• Candidate must be self-driven, competent, independent and be able to work with minimum supervision
